1.1 Services Provided: Just Perfect Construction provides construction, renovation, and related consulting services as described in individual project agreements.

2. Estimates and Payments

2.1 Estimates: All cost estimates provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing will be based on the agreed scope of work and any authorized changes.

2.2 Payments: Payment terms will be detailed in the Project Agreement. Unless stated otherwise, a deposit is required before project commencement, with remaining payments due upon reaching specific milestones.

2.3 Late Payments: Late payments are subject to interest charges of [insert rate]% per month or the maximum amount permitted by law.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 Access to Property: The client must provide access to the property as needed for project completion.

5. Warranties and Liability
